• Sakura provides delivery service within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan only.
• The service does not cover any orders outside Jordanian borders under any circumstances.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders must be confirmed through official approved channels (website, app, or official account).
• Displayed prices include tax unless otherwise stated, and delivery fees may apply depending on the area.
• The restaurant reserves the right to modify prices or menu items at any time without prior notice.
• Payment can be made via cash on delivery or any available electronic payment method.

3. Delivery Time

• We make every effort to deliver orders within the announced timeframe; however, this duration is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather conditions, high order volume).
• The restaurant is not liable for any delay resulting from force majeure circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Replacement

• Orders may be cancelled within a specific period after confirmation and before preparation begins, by contacting customer service directly.
• Food orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of a clear error on the restaurant's part.

5. Quality & Complaints

• We are committed to the highest standards of quality and food safety in preparing all dishes.
• If there is any concern regarding a received order, please contact us immediately through official channels so the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.

6. Liability

• Customers must provide an accurate and complete address along with a valid contact number to ensure timely delivery.
• The restaurant is not responsible for failed delivery resulting from incorrect contact information or address provided by the customer.

7. Amendments to Terms

Sakura reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and such amendments become effective immediately upon publication through official channels.
